Global Talent for SMEs: Building Bridges and Making Connections

ALLIES (Assisting Local Leaders with Immigrant Employment Strategies) has recently released the summary of final stages of their research on connecting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the skilled immigrant workforce.

Global Talent for SMEs: Building Bridges and Making Connections highlights practical ways to encourage SMEs to hire skilled immigrants, and draws on the input of nearly 300 SMEs from five Canadian cities, individual interviews, and an online survey conducted by the Conference Board of Canada.
