Program Fees and Funding Information
What does the program cost?
The CRTP tuition is $10,000 (Funding Available)
If you do not have the financial resources to pay for the program yourself, you may qualify for funding for tuition and living expenses from Alberta Works if you:
- Are currently on Employment Insurance (EI) or
- Are an Income Support recipient or other low income Albertan or
- Have received EI benefits in the past three years or
- Have received EI for maternity or parental benefits in the past five years
- Employment Status:
An individual must be:
- Unemployed, or
- Working on average less than 20 hours per weeks over the last 12 weeks and planning to remain employed while in training, or
- Employed and leaving employment to attend funded training. These individuals should be approved through a Counsel to Leave Employment. This is done as part of the Service Plan and must be completed before training starts.
Your application for funding cannot be submitted until you have received a Training Provider Information form from the CRTP program at Bow Valley College.
